Consent

For the processing of my personal data by LLC "N Tamasobana Mziuri"

for the purpose of direct marketing.

•   „In accordance with the Law of Georgia on "Personal Data Protection," LLC "N Tamasobana Mziuri" (ID 404727541) (hereinafter – the Company) will process my personal data for the purpose of direct marketing only with my consent. Consent is my informed, explicit, and voluntary choice, not an obligation.

•   The Company, as the data controller, will process my personal data for the purpose of direct marketing through an authorized data processor, in the form of sending promotional offers (short text messages – SMS) to my phone number and/or emails to my electronic mail address. My personal data processed for direct marketing purposes will not be shared with third parties.

•  My consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes means that I will receive legally permitted promotional offers/notifications from the Company via SMS and email, which will allow me to stay informed about the Company’s news and promotions.

• Only the following personal data will be processed by the Company for direct marketing purposes: my mobile phone number and email address.

• The processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes will take place for an indefinite period; however, I am aware that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, easily and free of charge, including in the same form through which the direct marketing is carried out, namely by performing one of the following actions:

a) By sending the text 1H5-NO in the message field of an SMS to the phone number 90212, which means "I do not wish to receive the Company’s promotional SMS messages and emails" (sending the consent withdrawal SMS is free of charge), or

b) By disabling the marketing messages field in my personal account.

• Within a reasonable period (but no more than 7 working days) after the withdrawal of consent, the processing of my data for direct marketing purposes will cease, and accordingly, I will no longer receive the Company’s promotional offers/notifications/emails.

• Considering all of the above, by selecting the “I Agree” field at the end of this consent form, I give my consent to the Company to process my personal data—specifically, my mobile phone number and email address provided during the registration of my personal account—for the purpose of direct marketing.
